It is very interesting when you look at the Portal numbers. Stanford and Clemson seem to be about on par with the numbers lost this year and NONE gained. I was surprised to see Cal pick up 4 4 star recruits to lead the ACC. NC State is 2nd with 3. Obviously these numbers will change depending on who each team picks up, but I always wanted to see how this shakes out.
