Under Dabo, Clemson’s best offenses have typically had a QB that has thrown for about 3k and 30 TDs, a thousand yard rusher and usually a WR with 1k and double digit TDs and another pretty close. I’ve listed each season below. The outliers obviously being 2014, 2017, 2021 and 2022 (Stoudt, KB and DJU x 2). The years we haven’t had that you can see we lean more heavily on the run game either by committee or pushing the QB run (wild to see how much we ran DW4 the year Mike got hurt).
Anyway, the big question is - do you see Cade, Ship/Mafah, Beaux/Tonio being able to replicate something close to the 2011-13, 2015-16, 2018-20 years? Or other?
*Also, pretty remarkable how consistent the Tajh/Morris offenses were.
