Have been in my current house 3 years. Lawn is bermuda. Have had at least 4 Lawn services provide regular treatments, aerated, topdressed, dethatched, and mowed regularly. Cannot seem to get rid of nutsedge and Dallisgrass. 95% of the yard gets full sun at least 5 hrs per day. I previously had Palliaades Zoysia at my previous house and had almost no weeds. Every lawn guy that I have talked to has told me that they can get my lawn to a much better state, but none have been able to. Should I rip it out and put in zoysia sod? If I put zoysia plugs in, how long should it take to choke out the Bermuda? Thoughts and opinions welcomed.
