Found out tonight they dropped espn due to rate disagreements. No communication to customers ahead of kick off. They will eventually figure it out but I'm livid they didn't communicate ahead of time.
I honestly have been meaning to cancel for at least a year but their customer service is so bad I've avoided it.
It took me an hour and fifteen minutes to cancel. Took five minutes or less to add youtube tv.
