Thursday I have spinal fusion of L4/L5 in Greenwood with neurosurgeon Dr Sumeer Lal. I have a grade 1 spondylolisthesis and a synovial cyst. Anyone here that has had something similar to this done please send me any tips or advice you have. I decided about a year ago to change my life and had gastric sleeve surgery in Mexico. I have been overweight my entire life and it runs in my family. I have lost 168 lbs since November 2022 but for the last 6 months can barely stand or walk more than 5 minutes with extreme pain from my left hip down my entire leg.
