    When it comes to expansion? Did all the schools in the ACC vote each time we added UofL or VT, Miami etc? Has the SEC and the BIG 10 voted each time it has expanded or does each conference have its own rules and way of going about these moves? Does anyone fear that there would be a number of...

    Larry, If okay to play spoiler, I am curious which players in the list were moved up in the rankings after conversations with reliable sources? I know you mentioned B Carter was one in an earlier article. Obviously he was a jump from high to higher but curious as to other players throughout?
