Dr. Fauci insisted the CDC is above federal courts during an interview with CNN’s Kasie Hunt.


Fauci was asked about a federal judge overturning Biden’s mask mandate after declaring it unlawful earlier this week.

The TSA announced travelers will no longer be required to wear face masks after a federal judge overturned the travel mask mandate.
Fauci said he’s “surprised and disappointed” that a federal judge intervened and said mask mandates are the purview of the CDC.
“This is a CDC issue, it should not have been a court issue,” Fauci said. “We are concerned about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally public health decisions.”
“That’s no place for the courts to do that,” Fauci said.
This is why Fauci, an unelected bureaucrat who is not beholden to the people, should never have any power.

the filters are on... yes... The number of onboard CV19 transmission numbers in the 10s.... transmission occurred within the airport .... bars, bathrooms, shops ....

I have nearly 100 hours of flying from now until the end of June. Including two trips to Europe. This mask thing is a welcome relief.

Masks haven’t been a thing in Charleston for some time now. It’s always strange going places and seeing people uptight about masks.

The US Constitution has checks and balances among the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of Government to PROTECT the people and the other branches of government from one branch yielding excessive authority.

Faucci is consistent in his approach to government overreach. CDC and NIH (where Faucci works) are a function of the Executive Branch. To avoid having the branch of government where the people have the most influence (the Legislative Branch), Faucci of course would elevate and expand the power of the Executive Branch because it better positions Faucci for power.
