Can someone help me understand when the expansion to 105 scholarship begins, what the rules are, and how it might affect recruiting?
Will the rich get richer? How will teams retain those that are not getting playing time? Will some teams have an NIL budget for that much depth?
To provide 20 more for football, will there be 20 more scholarships for female athletes in other sports?
