I hate to call out any student athlete as I know the hard work they put in year round. Having said that here are 2 obvious observations about our team:
Center snaps have got to improve. We were this close to losing our star QB due to a bad snap. Think about that, we all thought DeShaun was done for the season all because of a snap. Many plays were out of sync due to snaps. Got to improve.
Our TE's have got to set the edge on plays. Too many times, plays are blown up due to poor blocking from the TE position. I'm sorry but # 81 can't do it. I know his knee is hurt, but his blocking is going to cost us if he continues to play in these situations. Saw many missed assignments against App State.
Just my $.02. This team has the opportunity to go far, but these 2 things can't cost us.
