It's evident that we aren't "back" and are in more of a rebuilding phase than any of thought.
Our schedule will be one where if we click, and play our best... we will beat anyone left on it... and, on the other hand, there really isn't many 'gimmes' left are there?
Rewatching the Duke game and yesterday's game... some observations... Our FG/PAT team has settled down. The kicks in the Duke game, and early yesterday were line drives and easy to block or shank...yesterday we got progressively better. Higher loft and speed. That will be important going forward, and hopefully it continues to improve.
Glad Chas Southerns showed the speed option... we grew up a bit learning to stop it.
Totally on board with the Tajh Boyd reference at QB. Love Tajh. A great guy, ambassador for Clemson, and really helped up take the next step. And yes he was often culprit #1 in some awful plays, but I never doubted his heart or will.
I miss CJ Spiller's elusiveness.
Our younger Tigers are good.
Keith Adam's son, plays like Keith Adams. I would NOT wanna tackle him.
The Valley looked real good yesterday. It wasn't too long ago, I missed full college football stadiums.
Finally got to see that crazy looking helmet up close... we gonna play in outer space?
