On September 12th 1981 the eventual National Champions, our Clemson Tigers, traveled to the Superdome to play an unranked Tulane team. We won the game 13-5. Now I wasn't old enough at the time to remember the game but I can only imagine how ugly that game was. Great teams have to win games like that from time to time. Glad we could get it done last night.
