How do they work? A student was moving from seat to seat yesterday, with a ticket that was a student general admission ticket, but had no seat number. He says that he was told he could sit in any seat, in that section, that wasn't occupied. This was in the upper deck, section D. I sit about 5 rows up from the bottom. But he moved around about 4 or 5 times during the game as people arrived to their seats. Is this not a fire hazard? What if the game is sold out and every seat is taken, where are these students supposed to sit then? TIA
