Help me understand how it helps much if it only applies when someone is seeking a major not available in his or her state. I can't imagine there are many majors that athletes want among schools like Alabama, GA, LSU, SC and others that are not available at all or at another school in ones state. Anything not available at Clemson would likely be available at SC so a HS student from SC seemingly would be unlikely to need the ACM? Auburn + Alabama could likely cover any major a kid from that state could want. Does it work differently?
