You know, I've spent years trying to determine what is wrong with that bunch of yahoos.
They act as if they own the world, even though their history is football is an embarrassment.
They treat Spurrier, who, outside of 4 of his 11years in Columbia, has averaged a paltry 7 wins, as if he is a god.
They are some of the loudest, most obnoxious fans you will ever meet, who know virtually nothing about the game or even their own team.
But, after years of observing them, I think I know what the problem is.
You see, if you venture over to GCC repeatedly over period of time, and you ignore the ignorance of their drivel and listen to what they are really SAYING, it all becomes more clear.
You see, the fact that there is an abundance of evidence that Connor Mitch can't complete over 50% of his passes really doesn't matter.
The fact that this year's defense is essentially the same group of un-athletic guys as last year doesn't really matter.
The fact that Jon Hoke's resume' as a defensive coordinator isn't much to brag about doesn't really matter.
The fact that last year's recruiting class was a shambles and the coots are starting 3 walk-ons doesn't really matter.
What matters?
Well, is all about how you FEEL about it.
That's right.
If you FEEL the D is gonna be a WHOLE BUNCH better, then that SETTLES IT! It's just gonna happen!
If you FEEL that Spurrier is pissed about last year, and he's just NOT gonna let that happen again, then that SETTLES it! That's all that matters!
If you FEEL that, despite Hokes' resume, he's gonna do MIRACULOUS things, then that SETTLES it!
In cootland, facts really don't matter. It's how you FEEL about it.
