I may disagree with some Democrats economic policies, but I view them like the laws of physics. They will work or not work based on economic laws. It may hurt a little sometimes, but ultimately you can't change or circumvent those laws. The Republican social policies are much scarier. They can be insidious, and do real harm to people while not being easily corrected. Republicans scare me more than Democrats.

I'm a small government conservative that ardently believes the government should stay out of everyone's private lives (abortion, marriage, and free speech that includes porn that fits within the Supreme Court rulings aligned to the US Constitution (that excludes child porn)).

I'm sure, however, the big government progressives are ELATED for the government to give guidance on your noted topics like they do forced vaccinations and mask wearing because the People are too stupid to make personal decisions.
