my niece just got laid off at UPS. the only three in her dept with enough seniority to be on the UPS pension plan (not a coincidence). She has literally spent half of her life, 24 years, working in their customer service complaint resolution department. I have no doubt she will find a job but if anyone knows any good opportunities for someone with customer service skills near the Simpsonville area (or for remote workers) then please let me know.
