I’ve always wondered just how good those things are. Every video I’ve seen seems to indicate it’s a great way to cook whole hog. Just seems like it’s a method of baking, so the hog doesn’t pick up any smoke flavor…or am I wrong?
Anyone on here ever try cooking using a China box?
