Are Stock Companies Promoting DEI Under performing Stock Companies Emphasizing Growth and Profitibility

Just wondering how to separate these stock companies as I want to restructure my stocks and I am thinking stocks that are promoting social justice a little too much are bad investments and if I missed culling the DEI ones I know of Then I want to catch any I missed and sell them also

DEI definitely is a money losing policy
