Are we gonna just ignore the most important filing of this saga?

We had the most significant legal event take place on May 30.

Please ignore Flugar if you don’t like him. He’s irrelevant other than, He went through the entire Clemson filing on May 30 for the Summary Judgment in Pickens with Clemson requesting a hearing by July 12.

What’s the SUMMARY JUDGMENT request? Clemson is asking for validation in PLAIN LANGUAGE, that Clemson leaves with their rights when they are no longer a member of the conference.

Unless the Clemson legal team is nuts, the ACC must settle and force a negotiation before PICKENS judge makes that ruling. It’s pretty clear you walk with your Rights once you leave the conference based on the GOR/ESPN agreements when read together.

I cannot see the ACC allowing this to happen as it invalidates the GOR protection and only the Exit Fee matters.

Settle or Die.
