I don't agree with the majority of her policy positions but I wouldn't call her an idiot, despite FoxNews' vendetta against her. She graduated cum laude from Boston University with a double major in Economics and International Relations and "fun fact", had a comet named after her lol. I think she'd be awesome if she weren't so far left. Great personality...seems fun... JMO.

This is actually true. They looked into (on a theoretical level) using nuclear bombs for all kinds of stuff.

I like the idea of nuclear powered cars though. Never need refueling (not for ~20 years anyway) and since power won't be an issue, just build them like tanks.
