I received a subpoena today to give a deposition in a case where my former employer is being sued by an employee for workplace discrimination. I was in management at the time.

I really just don't know what this means for me. Am I potentially personally liable? Do I need an attorney? Is this something I should even worry about too much?

Will be glad to give more specifics off the board.
