I'd say it's a 50/50 split of being happy about the pick. Those who are unhappy really wanted the TE out of ND. They keep losing to mobile QB's named Mahomes. Keeping him in the pocket or sacked is a big deal and Murphy doesn't have to be "the guy" on day 1 for them. I think it was a good move.
