Chris Johnson for the Titans. In fairness, RB seems like the position most likely to have significant drop off in short time and it's tough to match 2K yards in your second season.
Dwight Howard. His stats were better than I remembered but I don't follow NBA as much
Tim Lincecum: Dude was nasty before injuries and I assume mechanics ended it too soon
