No, he’s correct. Figuratively & Literally, Biden is the lamest duck, and lamest President since Carter. I’m certain most anyone who voted for him has complete regret.

if … and it’s a long shot … the Russian people rise up and the Oligarchs act AND Putin is deposed … Biden might even get my vote.
The Russian people are feeling the squeeze and the Oligarchs are uncomfortable. The invasion did not and is not going to “plan”. Putin expected to skate to Kiev in 3 or 4 days, overthrow the current Government, and install a puppet. The international community would’ve cried foul, but the news cycle would’ve advanced and people would’ve stopped caring … just like what happened when he annexed Crimea. BUT … that didn’t happen.
a “Expert” (whatever that means anymore) said today on the news that Russia had 10 more days of ordinance to keep the current rate of onslaught up before he runs low on supply and defaults on payments. That is why Russia is now purposefully targeting civilians to make it so painful that the Ukrainians surrender. This is also why Putin has asked China for help (military and financial) …. I think (for whatever that is worth) that Pres. Xi is smarter than that.
Look … Biden is a weak President. I don’t know how anyone can believe otherwise, but now that we are where we are … I don’t think there is a better course we could take…. That doesn’t end in WW3

But Biden is NOT doing a good job by any metric. And I think you're smart enough to get that, though I don't think you have the stones to admit it.
Crime, the border, inflation (gas prices as the root) are disasters by any measure, and the problems all fall at the feet of your president.
Ukraine is an entirely different can of worms. A measured, rational, staged response is needed to avoid a nuclear WWIII because we're dealing with a madman. Choke him to death, smother him with a pillow is the correct approach. Just don't be Neville Chamberlain.
