Still. The deficit went up in every year of Trump's presidency, and has gone down in each year of Biden's. It's just like Obama said, the pubs are deficit hawks when a dem is president, not so much when their own guy is in there.

That’s a meaningless point when Biden hasn’t even been in office two full years. On the second point yes Obama is largely correct. Republicans will often frame their opposition to Democrat policy as based on spending concerns but will rack up the debt on what they want. Same goes for both parties.
True about Trump. False with respect to the other claim outside of exploiting circumstance. Trump was a bad president. It doesn't justify what Democrats are doing now or in the past. It's just horrendous no matter who is in charge. It's unfortunate you don't see this. I guess either you don't have kids or you just don't give a damn about them and what we leave behind. You must have me mistaken with someone else. I am 100% certain that climate change is real. For me it's more about degrees and overinflated scare tactics. But it is absolutely real.
Just like most of what obama said, it is bs. Obviously spending/deficit was up due to covid in 2020/2021. Outside of those years, even though Trump was spending like a drunken sailor as well, his highest deficit of the other three years was still lower than the majority of obama's years in office. I am not excusing Trumps spending, it was defiantly too high. However, pretending he spent more $$$ than obama(outside of the covid year) on avg is just another lie.
If you want to go back and compare obama to bush, obama spent about 4x more/yr than Bush. So again, obama is a liar based on his own presidency. Why people believe him is beyond me- stupidity knows no bounds.

Obama would claim that they had to spend to deal with the ramifications of the 08 recession, and the deficit went down significantly over the course of his presidency as the economy stabilized. Trump then ran up the deficit during good economic times. The lowest deficit we’ve had since 2008 was in 2015. The second lowest was 2014. I’m not saying that the first term Obama era spending was necessarily justified either, just that it’s not a like to like comparison to compare the spending then with Trump’s spending.

Believing either one is stupid. Believing that a president starts a recession in most cases is stupid. Unless of course you have a president spending like this one does which is going to ultimately get us into one. I know you're smarter than this so I can't really come up with a good reason why you put up the things you do. In either case all I can think to do is say bless your heart.
If you vote for people thinking they are fighting climate change how is that helping our children? Because they aren't fighting anything. Just like BLM, the whole climate change thing is an enormous Ponzi scheme. When you want to get serious about it though I'll be there.
