It what is probably a surprise to no one, the other Big Three filed briefs supporting the ACC and ESPN keeping the contracts confidential.
Two quick thoughts...
1. If it involves public funds should then revenue and spending be open and transparent?
2. Could this give Private Equity a stronger argument for a seat at the table by insulating public institutions from oversight?
