Bud Elliott just released his annual 'blue-chip ratio' article and once again Clemson is among the list. Of note, what's interesting to me is Florida State doesn't make the initial list.
They do however sneak in the top 16 when you factor in transfers, but still well below Clemson. I've heard all offseason how they have the more talented roster. They lost a ton from last year's team and I don't see how they've improved the roster. Cade is the wild-card but Clemson should be favored IMO.
