When will we have a president that the losing party considers legitimate? It’s been over 20 years now by my estimate. I guess the repubs recognized Clinton as legit? I was too young then to worry about politics. But since I remember - Bush never won in 2000 according to Dems, then Obama wasn’t even born in the US according to repubs, next Trump cheated with Russia/etc, now Biden stole the votes via fake ballots.
Hence the need for the voter integrity projects to expose the “actual” fraud, address it, clean it up, make it secure and uniform for states.
and #1 is to clean up voter rolls, why dead people and people who have moved are receiving mail in ballots is beyond stupid.
It’s just funny to see the right pushing for this narrative now but would defend 2016 interference as a hoax to the death and the same group would likely laugh at the Gore recounts. Why weren’t you in an uproar about voter integrity after 2016?
Btw, I’m not a Biden fan. I just thinks it’s a bit hypocritical. Now, of course, the same people pissed the most about 2016 are okay with the 2020 election. I don’t think either side holds the high ground on this topic.
Such a ridiculous headline. The recount was not 60% erroneous unless you only use this one batch that has already been corrected and doesn't change the official count at all. This is a non-story.
They didn't stop the 2016 count in 5 different battleground states in the middle of the night nor did they have such huge mail in ballot vote nor such a large number of over all votes as occurred in 2020.
I will be honest when Hillary did not win after being so smug about her assured victory, I turned the page and most people stopped talking about it very quickly, no Dems pulled data from counties and no legislations decided to do formal audits.
I imagine Hillary took her concession lap, blamed everyone but no one ever formally started an audit process. What if the Dems cheated in 2016? Maybe didn’t do it well enough, and therefore chose not to expose themselves with audits. Hillary was so confident in her victory, so smug, it’s almost like she knew something we didn’t.
Maybe that’s the problem, we should be auditing every election because it’s important we show the rest of the world the model democratic republic if that’s what we are.
To the outside world we are no better than Venezuela and a banana Republic since we cannot get our own elections right.
It’s time to revamp the system and make it transparent and secure, it is the only way forward to restore confidence.

The Dems tried for four years to prove Trump colluded and cheated the election. Weird that you’re arguing the Dems dropped that one quickly. I’m pretty sure a lot of Dems still think Trump cheated to win in 2016. For the record, I do not believe that. I think Russia obviously interfered but I think Trump wins over Hillary anyway. I think Trump rightfully won in 2016 and Biden rightfully won in 2020. I think Russia interfered in 2020 too but the Dems don’t care as much since they won. I’ll bet there was just as much or more voter fraud in 2016 as well but the repubs didn’t care because they won. I also think Trump wins 2020 if he was pro-mail in ballot from the beginning instead of instilling fear in his own base about the ballots..dumbest thing he did.
You think the outside world views us as no better than Venezuela and a banana republic? Then why are we the safest haven in the world to put your money? Why are our government bonds seen as pretty much the most guaranteed investment in the world? Why does the western world look to us for leadership? Who is it that keeps China from taking over the South China Sea, India, HK, Taiwan, and beyond? Who stops Russia from running the Middle East and a lot of South and Central America? That’s just a silly, unamerican statement man. You sound like the squad during Trump’s years in office. We have our issues but America is still easily the greatest country on earth, in my opinion. We were in ‘08, ‘12, ‘16, ‘20, and today. I’d bet we have the most transparent and secure elections in the world. I also bet we have far more adversaries around the world trying to influence our elections and spread doubt about our government/election process than any other country. Think about who’s winning when you’re talking about our country the way you are. I believe in our country and I take pride in doing what I can to make the US and the world a better and safer place.
