C/L/P: Updated Recruiting Territories and Streeter?

A few recruiting questions for you guys:

• Can you guys fill me in on what the territory map looks like now?
• Are Elliot and Scott (our two best recruiters) scaled back due to their added responsibilities?
• What role does Streeter play? CCM was more whoever/wherever because he knew what he wanted and tried to go get it - does Streeter get that kind of freedom?
