What else are you gonna do, let him go in FA and try to get a FA that's no good and a career backup type, or will you wait until the draft and reach and see if a rookie will work? They had no choice. Rodgers and Brady, and maybe Big Ben are the only QBs worth that, but they had no choice but to pay him.
I don't wanna hear anything about how he sucks. You're only as good as your supporting cast, and they have 1 WR that's above average, a below average OL (outside of Kalil) and their starting RB is always in the training room and missing time (Stewart). If they really wanna win and go deep in the playoffs they must get him more weapons and a better OL because their defense is good enough to go up against just about any offense.
