Can any of you comment on the highways and roads

in the Low Country. I have some work down there (I live in Greenville) that will require a full day of driving around Summerville, Mount Pleasant, and Goose Creek and it's getting a bit time sensitive. Should the roads be passable by Wednesday? Thank you.
