The CFP Committee has ALWAYS based rankings on teams resume. A teams resume is there record over the entire season. Unlike the ncaa basketball Committee, not over the last 6 weeks etc. Results matter! Head to Head matters. So, in NO WAY should a SC team with 3 losses & same record get in over a team they lost to during the season! Especially one that beat them 27-3 on their home field.
