Loganville (Ga.) Grayson four-star 2017 quarterback Chase Brice -- perhaps Clemson's top target at the position next cycle -- was rated the top QB by Rivals.com at the Deion Sanders Prime 21 Camp in Dallas this past weekend.
He was rated ahead of two other higher-ranked QBs in Shawn Robinson and Davis Mills.
