Chrome extension for rivals message board, C&P from tMB

Created a chrome extension that makes a few changes to the new board look:

1. Indicate if you've viewed a thread with unread posts or not
2. Hide the sidebar
3. Hide last reply avatars (as they were creating new lines for long names)
4. Reduce size of forum listing
5. Auto collapses user details, displays on hover
6. Reduce whitespace overall
7. Changes avatars to rectangular
8. Show more appropriate colors and weights on usernames
9. Micro View (removes headers and footers)
10. Displays page buttons always

If you don't like it, don't install it. If you do like it, well, enjoy. If you really like it, buy me a beer or do a paypal thing

I'll be adding features like an options page at some point. Will open source the code sometime later today.
