I've got a 3bed, 1.5 bath house a half mile from campus that is currently tenant occupied but the tenant is moving out end of the semester. I'm contemplating turning it into a short term rental house. Is anybody interested in renting a fully furnished house in Clemson for football games? Looks like the going rate would be $1500 to $2000 per night with a 2 night minimum. Could easily sleep 2 per bedroom and 2 on a pullout couch.
Also planning on blowing out the bathroom to make it two full baths and potentially even add an extra bed and bath.
