apologies in advance if I have missed an update, but has there been any response by the ACC to Clemson’s lawsuit? Has there been any hearings or status conferences set?
Same with respect to ACCs suit against Clemson in NC. Have we answered yet?
what about UNC? There was talk weeks ago about them filing suit right on our heels. But that never happened. I’m surprised no one else joined in yet. Maybe everyone’s just waiting to see what the ACC does to Clemson in response before filing their first pleading.
