It is true that we faced him while he was at UGA, but our current offensive system was not in place....so, I am just going to focus on the 2012 Auburn game.

Boyd had a pretty good day from a completion standpoint, but his yd/att is very low which tells me the defense played not to get beat deep.

Ellington had an incredible game, highlighted by the roll-over-the-pile 70 yd TD, which is another indication that BVG was content to let us run the ball and make us be patient.

That Auburn team went 3-9 and we managed 26 points. There is very little doubt in my mind that his current team has far better talent than 3-9.

We also have better talent, but I suspect that 26-28 point range will be our ceiling Sat night. We will have to be patient and run versus their front 5. If we can make them commit a 6th man to the box, then the passing game will take off.

Just a little background on the type of D we will be facing (philosophy).
