Clemson's Passing Game Strategy

It appears that the preponderance of passes by Clemson are to one of three wide right or left. First, we seem to struggle in getting it out there quick enough; the blocking tends to deteriorate before a good gain can be achieved from the 2 blocking receivers. However, more importantly, we seem to loose a lot of energy in going laterally rather than north/south.

Vote: We need more north/south passing to be far more effective! We do have very good receivers, if the elders can learn to catch, fight the defender(s) for the ball, and hold on to the ball...
