So Comey blocked an investigation and FISA warrant to look into foreign donations made to the Hillary campaign fund ahead of the 2016 election. Strangely, they make it clear they didn't intend to investigate Hillary but instead the foreign investor and it was still shot down. What am I missing? Other than probable corruption.

It can't really be conspiracy theory when it's an actual document that's been declassified.

Don't care about the election, care more about corruption within the state department and potentially our really important intelligence agencies.
