With all of the changing DC chatter, I want to understand how much input the defensive assistant coaches have in the process. I suppose the DC sets the overall scheme and the specific play calls, but then how does that work with the assistants. I felt LB play was the worst in a long time, followed closely by the DEs. Does Eason think his DEs were placed wrong? How about Rumph? Who tells the CBs to give so much cushion, Wes or Reed? I guess I’m trying to find out if it’s a one coach problem, or something else is going on. Thanks.
