I would really appreciate a couple of commercial agents that specialize in downtown Clemson for restaurant space to contact me,.
I hear ya - my buddy has opened several successful spots over the years and we have tossed the idea around over golf and beers for 20 years to do one together - we came up with a couple of unique concepts that are currently not in the Clemson scene. I have been pushing Clemson for selfish reasons and he is thinking the Greer area or the suburbs of Columbia ( he is USC grad unfortunately )you only make money 7 weekends a year

My first restaurant idea failed
I went around to many of banks and all said no.
My plan was to open a restaurant in a hot air balloon.
I was going to use the heat from the gas to cook the meals
talking about beautiful views
but i was having problems with handicap access and bathrooms
go figure
Just sayin Tones of Homes - please playhaha just got home from the game and I agree - you seem like a decent guy
