Conference championship game deregulation

Heard the first team guys on Siruis talking about this on my way in this morning. Said it paves the way for the Big 12 to have a championship game with 10 teams. Then Taylor said the ACC has been secretly pushing this to create 3 divisions and match the best 2 teams.
