Was reading the Tajh update with great interest. Here's what's happening with the rest of Dabo's first class:
Tajh Boyd: Drafted in 6th by Jets, released. Called "out of blue" by Steelers, now competing for 3rd team spot.
Malliciah Goodman: Drafted by Falcons, now strongside LB. Beast.
JK Jay: OL originally injured in weight room, never played. Now opening Bojangles franchise.
Jonathan Meeks: Doing well in Buffalo, competing for Safety backup.
Tyler Shatley: signed UDFA contract with Jacksonville Jags, played in 2 games as rookie, went to practice squad.
Brandon Thomas: drafted by SF 49ers, tore ACL and did not play as rookie. Doing very well, competing for starting guard.
Bryce McNeal: left Clemson, denied admission to UCONN, transferred to Louisville but quit during summer.
Now an actor / model.
Rod McDowell: went to 2 day minicamp with Redskins in '14, cut. Now trying out for Buffalo Bills.
Spencer Shuey: got 2 day minicamp tryout in '14 with Jacksonville jags, cut.
Quandon Christian: cut after tryout with Redskins in '14, now teaching special ed in Gatlinburg TN.
Corico Wright: originally Corico Hawkins, changed name for spiritual reasons when reconnecting with father. Became Clemson graduate assistant.
Darrell Smith: was not interested in continuing football career, became SWAT officer. Quiet beast.
Also will include walk on not named as part of Dandy Dozen but in same class -
Chandler "Catman" Catanzaro: signed with Arizona Cardinals as UDFA, beat Jay Feely for job, broke NFL rookie record for consecutive FG to start career (17).
