Rusty Hardin's argument — that a "happy ending" is not a crime unless extra money is paid for the service — does not apply here. The issue revolves around whether Watson forced these women into unwanted sexual encounters.

Seriously, I'd like to see Deshaun get to a place where all of this can be put behind him. He's done a very good job of building political capital in Cleveland to this point. All he can do is march forward day by day and he's doing that. I wish him the very best!
