Talk about a screw job. Ohio is down 3 with only a couple of seconds left. They line up for a game tying field goal. Literally right before the snap, Minnesota calls time out. The ball is snapped anyway so the Ohio kicker kicks it- the exact same thing that happened in Tennessee-Florida. Except, this time, the ref flags Ohio for delay of game because of the kick. The 5 yard penalty pushes them out of FG range and they have to try a hail mary which fails and they lost.
I have been watching football for nearly 40 years. Literally every time a team calls time out to ice the kicker right before the snap, the kicker kicks it anyway and I have NEVER seen delay of game called there.
If that was Clemson, I would probably be on a plane for the ACC offices the next day to burn it to the freaking ground.
