Edisto…. Invest or not? Asking….

We are vacationing in Edisto and have been wondering for quite some time whether or not we should buy our build a property we can use and rent out. I would love to hear from some property honors and get your perspective. Is it worth it? Good investment? Headache? Anything you would do differently?

Currently staying at a property that’s obviously owned by a tiger fan (Slow Drift) and would love to get some owners perspective?
