Musk never said he would not suspend accounts. He published some rules that if broken would result in suspension. The ones he has suspended that I have seen were well deserved.

Providing real time info on individual’s locations isn’t really free speech. It’s unnecessary and frankly dangerous. It is mildly comical that all of a sudden you’re concerned about free speech on the platform when it’s now actually a private company.
We find it comical that conservatives suddenly agree that there should be limits on what people can say - even if their "free speech" violates rules that were only established on the same day.
Free speech doesn’t extend to violations of a citizen’s right to privacy and individual safety. And, it’s now a private company. He can do what he wants. Doesn’t immunize him to consequences, but it does mean he can run it however he sees fit. I’m sure you’d feel the same if someone air tagged your car and basically live tweeted your info and present location?
