My first thought was that I wouldn't mind them having a turnover machine at QB on short notice... disrupting team chemistry and possibly creating a bad vibe among the team. With the talent on that team, they may be better off just having the dreaded "game manager" at QB rather than the guy capable of extreme highs and lows.
The flip side... without him they may just be so thin at QB that the highs are diminished to the point where it hurts them worse. And they are used to having a quarterback that can save the day.
