Great news! Anything that gets our vaccination rates up is good in my book. Doubt it'll sway that many people but I do think this clears the way for various employers to start requiring it.
Afraid new excuses will arise, but hopeful to see a spike in rates for sure.
Employees requiring it is what I think happens next. I've heard some rumblings that my company will be requiring it soon. We are having major staffing issues with employees having to quarantine and getting sick. As I continue to say, death is not the only bad outcome of Covid, not many people or businesses can function being out of work for weeks on end.
My company has <50% vaccination. Our president sent out a memo Friday asking people to get vaccinated or else we'd all have to wear masks again (instead of just the unvaccinated). Not sure how that's supposed to be motivating to the unvaccinated people.
Fantastic news. Hopefully this eases some people's worries and more get vaccinated.
It's stunning to me how little understanding there is about natural immunity and it's benefits being slightly greater than that of the vaccine. I'm just surprised that never gets mentioned and I don't understand why.

Uh...yes, it does. The problem is that the actual reality doesn't support your desired narratives. That's the issue. Want to know why things are such a mess with vaccines, etc.? It's because so many people are so misinformed and just don't know what the hell they are talking about. My antibody levels are higher than someone with a vaccine. And yes, this is a verified fact based on all technology we have available. And you don't mean the science, you mean "TEH SCIENCE" which is what people seem to be clinging to these days so they can politicize everything. It's sickening.
Again, antibody levels don't correlate with protection from the virus. This has been shown in multiple studies.
I'm not politicizing anything,just sick of watching people be misinformed and get sick through ignorances.
You can always post support with your claims if you'd like people to become informed.

Also, you better let Johns Hopkins know about this because they're testing all their transplant recipients for antibodies to know when they need booster shots. I hope you can inform them in time to save those lives!

Maybe instead of doing your own 'research' into topics that are well above your head, you ask the experts in the field and see where they're coming in at? Is this all you got? Serious question. I don't need to step in for @Willence, but good Lord, you bring no argument, just gibberish about a pillow man who obviously has your complete attention. We'd love to hear your argument or proof that Emory, for one, is wrong.
Maybe you will have better luck. Natural immunity is at least as good, if not better, than the vaccine. That's my only point. It is also a lasting immunity which has been documented on all evidence available thus far. There are many doctors who cooperate this and many research findings which corroborate this. That doesn't mean you can't get it because it is a coronavirus and we all know those are repeat performers for all of us. It just means that it won't be as severe which is exactly what we're seeing with the vaccine as well.
I guess science only matters when it supports your politics. You could look a lot smarter to people if you said nothing.

This were where I shake my head and say, You just don't get it. Can we just not accept that the vax, that is now FDA approved, might actually be safe? That said, can we also not just accept that its extremely possible for a natural immunity to exist and be comparable to a vax and in some respects help research down the road?
I have had the vax (even though some of the libertards on here think I'm lying) but I can still think for myself and decide for myself.
