FF Trade?

I got offered Duke Johnson (RB) for John Brown (WR). I'm looking for RB upgrade, but I'm also high on Brown this year with Palmer at QB. I don't know if Johnson is a upgrade but it would be nice to have a handcuff to Crowell.

My team right now:

QB- Tony Romo
RB- Alfred Morris, Latavius Murray, Isiah Crowell, Danny Woodhead, Cameron Artis-Payne
WR- Dez Bryant, Julio Jones, Amari Cooper, John Brown, DeVante Parker
TE- Charles Clay, LaDarius Green
D/ST- Miami and St. Louis
K- Dan Bailey

FYI 12 Team, half PPR league. Also open to any criticism or thoughts on the team. TIA
